Refund Policy

XpertARC provides a platform for verified bank auction listings. Browsing listings is free. If we charge a service fee for value-added support (inspection coordination, document assistance, or advisory services), this policy explains when a refund applies.

Not Covered by XpertARC Refunds

  • EMD deposits or bid amounts paid to banks or authorized auctioneers.
  • Bank charges, portal fees, or third-party service fees.
  • Payments made directly to sellers or intermediaries outside XpertARC.

Eligible Refunds

  • A paid XpertARC service was not delivered due to our error.
  • A confirmed service was canceled by XpertARC before delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Submit your request within 7 days of the service date with your order details. If approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Payment gateway charges may be non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied for no-shows, incomplete KYC, incorrect documents, or changes in auction timelines controlled by the bank or auctioneer.
