• Review auction terms, EMD requirements, and bank conditions directly from the bank.

Payments and Deposits

Any EMD, bid amount, or bank fee is paid directly to the bank or authorized auctioneer. XpertARC does not hold or control those funds. If you purchase optional XpertARC services, those fees are governed by the Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The website content, branding, and data presentation are owned by XpertARC or its licensors. You may not use our brand, screenshots, or listings data for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that listings are complete, current, or error-free. XpertARC is not liable for losses arising from auction participation, third-party actions, or delays caused by banks or auctioneers.

Governing Law
